Custom Domestic and Wild Game Processing Prices

(prices are subject to change without notice)

Fresh Sausage:

  • Dinner Sausage / Bratwurst – $2.00/lb
  • Breakfast Sausage – $2.15/lb

Smoked Sausage:

  • Garlic / Farmers / Smokies – $2.30/lb
  • Jalapeno Cheddar Smokies – $2.65/lb
  • Salami / Summer Sausage / Pepperoni (50ml, 75 ml, 90ml casing) – $2.40/lb

Snack Sticks:

  • Beer / Pepperoni / Honey Garlic – $2.50/lb
  • Whole Muscle Jerky – $6.50/lb (wet weight)
  • Extruded Jerky – $5.00/lb

Other:

  • Patties – Seasoned or Unseasoned – $1.50/lb
  • Grinding and Packaging – $0.50/lb
  • Ham and Bacon Curing and Smoking – $1.75/lb
  • Bacon Slicing and Wrapping – $1.50/lb

Standard packaging

Brown freezer wrap included in all processing prices, however, cryo-vac packaging is available for $0.50/lb

  • 80/20 Pork Trim – $2.65/lb
  • Lean Beef Trim – $4.75/lb 

Only clean and boneless meat will be accepted, nothing already ground.
